Congress information

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE AND CURRENCY OF THE CONGRESS

The official language of the congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided. Currency used for payment of congress related matters such as registration fees, tickets for tours and social programme etc. will be handled in EURO only.


NAME BADGES

For identification purposes the name badges must be worn at all times during the congress activities. Admission to the congress will not be possible without badge identification.

Registration / Check-in and arrival at the Congress
All congress materials and documentation will be available from the congress registration counter located in the Hofburg Vienna.

Poster exhibition
Posters will be on display on Thursday, February 5, 2009 and Friday, February 6, 2009. On both days in the afternoons, the submitting authors will be available and happy to explain and discuss their contributions with the interested audience. Information regarding poster format, set-up and dismantling will be emailed to the authors along with their notification of acceptance.

CME Zertifizierung
Die 53. Jahrestagung der GTH wird über die Wiener Ärztekammer 27 DFP Punkten zertifiziert. Gleichzeitig hat der Kongress bei dem European Accreditation Council of Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) die Europäische CME Zertifizierung von 20 CME Credits erhalten.
