GENERAL CONDITIONS
Registration and Payment
Please use the enclosed registration form to register for the Congress and all events. Return the form as soon as possible to the Congress Office. Registration will be confirmed once payment has been received by the Congress Office.
Cancellation of Congress Participation
Refunds – less EUR 35,– administration fee – will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by Mondial Congress & Events by Tuesday, December 9, 2008. After this date, no refunds are available. Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.
Please present your letter of confirmation at the registration desk upon arrival.
Changes to the Congress Program
In the event of cancellations by speakers or other changes in the main Congress program, no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made.
Hotel reservation
For cancellations received by November 3, 2008, an administrative fee of EUR 35,– will be charged.
For cancellations received after November 3, 2008, deposit payments shall be forfeited. Only written cancellations may be accepted.
Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress
Optional Tours/Social Program
Sightseeing tours, excursions and the social program must be paid in advance at the time of registration. Each tour/congress party requires a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, the tour/congress party will be cancelled and the full advance payment will be refunded. In the event of cancellation by a participant, no refund will be made. Reservations for the optional tours/social program will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. The deadline for tours is Wednesday, December 31, 2008.
Liability
Mondial Congress &.Events shall act as mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. The liability for transport- and other service companies shall not be affected by the above. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna
